Shipping Locations

Tayro Surf currently ships to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Once an order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and transferred to the selected shipping carrier.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 AM (Midnight) Central Time (CT) may begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and carrier performance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the package and product.

If a package is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing may require additional verification before assistance can be provided.


Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges.
